You may also choose to refuse the delivery and mark as ‘damaged’ (the goods will be returned to us). We do not accept delivery damage claims if delivery is to a mailbox service address. This should be notified within 48 hours of receipt. We do not offer compensation in the event of a product being faulty, incorrect or damaged but will get any problem rectified as quickly as possible.
