Processing
Please allow 3-5 business days for our team to process your order. Orders received after 5 PM will be processed on the next business day.

We deliver our products across all cities in Cyprus. Deliveries are made to pick-up points

- Orders are processed and shipped only on business days (Monday – Friday) excluding holidays.
- Delivery is typically completed within 3 working days of placing your order.
- We offer free standard direct delivery shipping on orders over €40.
International Shipping
International orders are shipped through the Postal Service with a flat rate of €10 per order.

- Once processed, international orders delivered via standard Postal Service typically arrive within 10 to 20 business days, but the exact delivery time may vary depending on the service selected and the destination country.
- We strive to ensure timely delivery; however, we are not responsible for delays due to factors beyond our control, including, but not limited to, carrier or customs delays. If a delay occurs, we will use our best endeavours to inform you by communicating relevant shipping delay updates.
- For delays, please contact your local post office with your tracking number.
- If no one is available when your parcel arrives, the carrier will leave a notice with instructions for picking up your order or rescheduling delivery.
- Deliveries will not be made on public holidays. In such cases, your order will arrive on the next business day.
- Customers are responsible for any local customs duties. We cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays, though we will try to minimise any potential delays.
- Legal title to the product purchased will pass to you upon shipment of your order. Risk in the product will remain with us until it is delivered to you at the address specified when placing your order.
Lost or damaged orders
Should an order be seized or abandoned due to certain circumstances, we will not be able to retrieve the order and you may not be refunded for your purchase. These circumstances include, but are not limited to: (i) failure to provide required customs documents, (ii) refusal to pay customs duties, or (iii) attempts to deliver were unsuccessful, and you were unreachable.
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at info@vaultedcollectibles.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We address these cases individually and will work with you towards a satisfactory resolution.

How to Return
To initiate a return, simply contact us to obtain a return authorization number. Once we receive your returned product, we will process your refund.
