Shunned by his fellow villagers because of the Nine-Tailed Fox sealed inside of him, Naruto Uzumaki is a boy desperate for love and recognition. The classic manga/anime series Naruto follows this young ninja’s adventures and personal growth as he fights to protect his village and forms powerful bonds with unlikely allies. One of these enemies is Pain, the apparent leader of the criminal organization, Akatsuki. In his quest to collect tailed beasts, Pain leads an invasion on Naruto’s village, Konoha. One fights for his destroyed home and the lives of his friends while the other fights for domination and to impose his grand ideology onto the world.

Beneath his flowing cape, Fukasaku’s bare back reveals the secret code carved by Jiraya to help Naruto defeat Pain. Countering Naruto, Pain performs his formidable Almighty Push technique, turning his attention from the destruction of the village to capturing the Nine-Tails. Tucked away in the wreckage is the abandoned Kusagakure forehead protector of the Preta Path, who was turned into a toad and destroyed by Naruto. The artistic dust cloud swirling around the base invokes the Akatsuki’s iconic red cloud symbol.
